Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.   5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:  1. Calibrating fuel, air, spark, and valve timing strategies to control engine operations and reduce emissions. 2. Evaluating engine operating modes including cold start, warmup, tip-in, acceleration, altitude variation to process impacts on emissions and OBD system performance. 3. Gathering and analyzing emission and OBD data to calibrate the OBD monitors so they are capable of detecting failed systems while minimizing false positives.  4. Utilizing ATI for calibration development and experience using ATI.  5. Using ATI, VDR, PT Diag, and Fault insertion tools to calibrate and DV the OBD system.  6. Using lab facilities to measure emissions. 7. Creating workplans to meet program timing, escalating issues affecting deliverables, and developing conformance plans to meet program milestone objectives.

We are offering a salary of $125,362.00 - $166,200.00/yr.

Vehicle homologation development and sign off through use of emissions lab, powertrain cells, and remote sites (Denver, Raco, Eglin, Beckly). Domestic Travel Required up to 10%.
