Construction Superintendent
ATI Group is currently seeking a motivated, solutions-oriented Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for our construction projects in Ankeny, the Des Moines metro, and across Iowa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Experience with commercial/industrial construction is highly preferred. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with local building codes.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and delays.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment, complying with OSHA and local regulations.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams and project management, providing regular updates on progress and issues.
