Position Overview

TEEMA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Data Migration to support a healthcare IT data migration initiative within an Athena EMR implementation. This role will partner closely with project managers, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure timelines, action items, and migration tasks are tracked and executed efficiently.

This position is ideal for candidates with early-to-mid career experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project timelines, milestones, and action-item tracking

  • Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings, including:

    • Agenda preparation

    • Meeting minutes documentation

    • Follow-up on assigned action items

  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns to the Project Manager as needed

  • Support data migration activities and coordination across technical and operational teams

  • Ensure clear and timely communication between clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders

  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and status updates


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations

  • Experience supporting data migration efforts preferred

  • Familiarity with Athena EMR or similar EHR/EMR systems strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
