Job description

Role: ServiceNow ATF Tester
Location: Chicago, IL – Onsite
Long Term Contract – W2 / C2C
 

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ATF Tester to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) and a strong background in testing methodologies, ServiceNow modules, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF
  • Create test cases based on functional and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to validate functionality
  • Conduct regression testing using ATF across ServiceNow upgrades/releases
  • Analyze test results and report defects in a timely manner
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Ensure high quality and performance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules
  • Develop reusable test templates for future automation initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Overall IT Experience: 9-12+ Years
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, and defect management
  • Proficient in identifying automation opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration or development is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ATF Certification
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.
