Job Summary/Description:
POWERNATION Studios is seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is a strong opportunity to sell integrated, multi-platform sponsorship solutions across our POWERNATION Automotive Aftermarket shows - reaching audiences on digital, streaming, social, and broadcast.
The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who can uncover client goals, build compelling ideas, and deliver measurable results for both new and existing partners. If you thrive on prospecting, presenting, and helping clients win, we'd like to meet you.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop new and non-traditional revenue through consistent, creative prospecting.
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with brands and agencies.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and aligning solutions to outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated sponsorship strategies and campaigns.
• Create and deliver dynamic presentations to small and large groups.
• Provide a high level of customer service and post-sale support to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
• Consistently achieve assigned revenue goals and maintain accurate pipeline/activity reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers at all levels.
• Demonstrated success selling integrated sponsorships (multi-platform preferred).
• Experience working with both brands and agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• 1+ years of related experience; college degree preferred.
• Digital and/or broadcast media sales experience is a plus.
