The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our outpatient facility located in Keansburg, NJ, a region known for its vibrant community. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans in response to observable outcomes, ensuring that therapeutic goals are continually met.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on managing conditions and using assistive devices effectively for daily living and mobility.
• Keep detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes, adhering to best practices in documentation and compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, reviewing current research, and networking with other professionals in the field.

This role primarily involves working with a diverse clientele in an outpatient capacity, including children, athletes, and adults recovering from a wide range of injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative care. Your expertise will be critical in creating tailored treatments that address individual patient needs and therapeutic goals.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey is essential to practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and basic word processing skills.
• A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• While prior work experience is preferred, we encourage recent graduates to apply as we provide mentorship and training.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings or specialized populations will be beneficial.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer an extensive benefits package, including:
