• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health conditions, utilizing standardized tools and assessments that align with best practices.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific psychological issues, ensuring to establish clear therapeutic goals in partnership with clients.
• Provide one-on-one therapy employing evidence-based strategies and individualized modalities conducive to promoting personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
• Track and document client progress meticulously to maintain high ethical standards and fulfill regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions when necessary, ensuring clients receive care despite geographic or mobility challenges.
• Engage in consistent professional development opportunities, remaining informed on contemporary clinical practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to devise holistic care solutions for clients facing complex challenges.

As a caregiver in our clinic, you will work extensively with individuals facing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You will support a diverse client base that ranges from individuals seeking personal growth to those coping with significant mental health issues. Your compassionate and empathetic approach will facilitate healing and recovery as clients navigate their unique journeys.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is necessary.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a secure, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, showcasing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients, fostering a safe space for open dialogue about their experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, essential for maintaining an efficient caseload and adhering to administrative duties.

• Experience working within community health settings, particularly with marginalized populations, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Prior involvement in addiction treatment and recovery support is an advantage.
