POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for a wide range of duties including interaction with employees, clients, customers, and other guests; ordering supplies, handling mail, and providing administrative support to various departments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greets and assists employees, clients, and other guests in-person, over the phone and/or by email.
• Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, photocopying, faxing, organizing etc.
• Assists with human resources programs and functions (i.e., orientation packets, Welcoming bags)
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Schedule caregivers as needed.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Strong problem solving, communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task proficiently.
• Able to work efficiently as an individual or a team member depending upon the task.
• Proficient with computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operation of general office equipment.
• Excellent English oral and written communications skills (Bilingual in Spanish a plus).
• Professionalism including ability to adequately handle confidential information.
• High school or equivalent (Required)
