This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation to patients in the comfort of their homes, emphasizing personalized treatment plans that enhance mobility and improve overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions, identifying areas for improvement in mobility and function.

  • Implement evidence-based treatment techniques, using modalities that reduce pain and improve motion.
  • Educate patients on their conditions and rehabilitation processes, providing them with the tools and knowledge to engage actively in their recovery.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving goals.

  • Facilitate engaging exercise and wellness programs aimed at improving overall strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Compensation and Benefits
