Our Production Operators are the feeder group for all production-based operator positions within various production departments, which include Unloading, Dry Pet Processing, and Dry Pet Packing. Team members go through a training period and afterwards will be moved to one of several critical factory positions to operate, including Extruder Operator, Utility, Packing Operator, etc.In this position, you will enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at$30.56 an hourduring the new hire probation period and increasing to$39.27 an hourwhen the probationary period has been successfully completed.Train on specific production equipment/machinery in a safe and productive manner.Measure batch bins and ensure if they are empty or have the proper amount of meal.Gather bin samples to send to Quality labs.Learn and understand the batch computer and batch flow systems.Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance/clean and inspect checklist for equipment.Effectively work with interdepartmental personnel to maintain a good flow of safety, quality, and production information throughout the plant.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting machinery/equipment in a manufacturing, production, agricultural, military, or related environment.Pay: $30.56 - $39.27 per hourBonus Eligibility:YesThepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
