Job description

Build a Career Helping Kids Thrive at Home

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is currently seeking compassionate and skilled RNs and LPNs to join our team and provide one-on-one care for medically complex children in the Minneapolis area.

We have a variety of opportunities available with flexible scheduling, including weekday, evening, weekend, and full-time coverage needs. Cases are located throughout Minneapolis, including the 55406, 55424, and 55404 zip codes.

Our Current Patients Include:
  • School-age children and teenagers
  • Clients with tracheostomy (trach), ventilator (vent), and G-tube needs
  • Infants requiring advanced skilled nursing care, including G-tube and IV therapies
  • Opportunities to provide care in both home and community settings
Available Schedules Include:
  • Monday through Friday day shifts
  • Weekend-only opportunities
  • Flexible weekend coverage
  • Daily coverage needs with extended shifts
  • Full-time and part-time options available
What We're Looking For:
  • Active RN or LPN license in good standing*
  • Compassionate, dependable, and family-centered caregivers
  • Experience with trach, vent, G-tube, or other pediatric skilled nursing needs is preferred, but training may be available for the right candidate
  • A desire to make a meaningful difference by helping children thrive at home

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
