Job description

ThermoWorks is looking for professional and responsible Fulfillment Associates to join our team. We are looking for Fulfillment Associates who are fast on their feet and who will enjoy shipping world-class thermometers, timers, and other instruments to the food industry and home cooking enthusiasts.

In addition, this person will work with our Tech Support team repairing our instruments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys tinkering with electronics in their spare time (repairing cell phones, hardware, etc) and who enjoys working in a fast-paced friendly environment where you make a difference in our customers' lives.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Will work every other Saturday 8am - 5pm

Hours worked on Saturdays get an additional $4.50/hr

**Hours will increase during the holiday season**

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ship product
  • Pick orders
  • Repair small consumer electronics using soldering iron, multimeter power supply and small hand tools
  • Assemble boxes
  • Stock product
  • Occasional gift wrapping
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to be on your feet throughout the duration of your shift (warehouse)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have solid technical aptitude and the ability to logically troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Proficient with GSuite (Gmail, Docs, Calendar, Sheets)
  • 1+ years of technical work experience preferred, but not required
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during the holiday season
