SNELLING STAFFING HAS AN OPENING FOR A SKILLED ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY & REPAIR TECHNICIAN AT OUR CLIENT LOCATED IN ROYAL OAK. CONTRACT TO HIRE $20.00 - $23.00/HOUR
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build cable assemblies by crimping or soldering connector pins or sockets to appropriately colored wires and completing final assembly.
  • Construct shunt assemblies by soldering wires to the shunt blade, installing brackets, and calibrating the assembly.
  • Repair electronic Allamand solar arrow board controllers.
  • Assist with modifications of analog and digital electrical/electronic meters.
  • Support the repair and calibration of electrical/electronic test equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with lead free and traditional soldering, crimping, and electronic assembly techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.
  • Ability to read schematics and follow assembly instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience with calibration and repair of electronic equipment.
