Your expertise will shape decisions and deliver measurable results that matter.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Responsible for the full end-to-end data science process, including ETL, model development, validation, deployment into workflows, and measurement of financial impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement models in production and conduct post-launch testing and enhancements.
  • Apply analytical and statistical algorithms to help stakeholders enhance their business strategies
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of data quality procedures for both current and new data sources
  • Communicate data science solutions and complex analyses clearly to team members and business leaders
  • Establish connections across existing data sources and uncover new data correlations
  • Present data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Ensure testing and validation are integral to all analytics solutions, achieving project goals within deadlines while proactively communicating progress

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, operations research or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

  • 3 years in data analytics
  • 2 years programming experience

Skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication, relationship management and customer service skills
  • Building Logistic Regression models, Random Forest models, XGBoost models using Python
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience with analytical and statistical software
  • Proficient using data science toolkits such as Python
  • Comprehensive SQL skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Capacity for in-depth and independent research and analysis
