Job description

Customer Sales Coordinator Appointment Scheduling | Full-Time | On-Site | Dayton, OHTalk to Customers. Qualify Their Needs. Schedule the Appointment. Build Your Career.

Are you great at talking with people and figuring out what they need?

Do you enjoy customer service, having conversations, asking the right questions, and helping people take the next step?

Logan Services is looking for a Customer Sales Coordinator to join our Dayton team. You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners who are interested in HVAC services, helping qualify their needs and schedule in-home appointments with our Comfort Advisors.

This is not a traditional sales role. You won't be responsible for closing the sale or selling HVAC systems over the phone.

Your job is to connect with the customer, understand what they're looking for, determine the appropriate next step, and schedule the right appointment.

If you've worked in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, inside sales, hospitality, recruiting, scheduling, or lead qualification, your experience could translate well to this role.

Why Join Logan Services?

Since 1969, Logan Services has proudly served homeowners throughout Dayton and expanded into Columbus, Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky.

We're a growing, family-owned company that believes great customer experiences start with great employees. We invest in training, recognize hard work, and provide opportunities to grow.

Many people join Logan looking for a job and stay because they find a career with room to grow.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Hourly Pay
  • Performance Bonuses & Profit-Sharing Opportunities
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • 100% Company-Paid Life Insurance & AD&D
  • 401(k) with 4% Company Match + Roth Option
  • PTO & Paid Sick Time
  • Paid Training & Ongoing Development
  • Stable Full-Time Schedule
  • Career Advancement Opportunities
The Big Task

As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you'll work with homeowners who have already expressed interest in HVAC services.

You'll qualify the customer, understand what they're looking for, and schedule an in-home appointment with the appropriate Comfort Advisor.

You'll be the connection between the customer and our sales team.

Your goal isn't to pressure someone into buying. It's to listen, ask good questions, provide helpful information, and get the customer connected with the right person.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in HVAC services.
  • Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text.
  • Ask questions to understand the customer's needs and determine the appropriate appointment.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule in-home sales appointments.
  • Match customers with the appropriate Comfort Advisor based on scheduling and service needs.
  • Build rapport and create a great first impression.
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information in our CRM and scheduling systems.
  • Communicate appointment details with the Sales and Comfort Advisor teams.
  • Work with Customer Service, Dispatch, Marketing, and Sales to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet individual and team goals for appointment booking, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For

You don't have to be a salesperson to succeed here.

We're looking for someone who is personable, confident, curious, organized, and comfortable talking with customers.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy talking to people and building rapport.
  • Know how to ask questions and actively listen.
  • Can confidently guide a conversation.
  • Are comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
  • Can handle multiple conversations and computer systems.
  • Are motivated by goals and measurable results.
  • Stay positive when conversations don't go as planned.
  • Have strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.

HVAC experience is not required. We'll teach you the industry and our process through paid training.

Why This Isn't a Traditional Sales Job

    You're not cold calling strangers.

Customers are contacting Logan because they're interested in our services. Your job is to have a conversation, understand what they need, qualify the opportunity, and schedule an appointment.

You won't be climbing into attics, repairing equipment, or trying to close an HVAC sale over the phone.

You'll be the person who gets the customer from "I'm interested" to "I have an appointment."

If you're naturally outgoing, enjoy talking to people, and like the satisfaction of hitting goals, this could be a great fit.

    Our PARTE Values

People First We treat our employees, customers, and communities with respect and care.

Agile We adapt quickly and look for better ways to work.

Radical Ownership We take responsibility, solve problems, and follow through.
