Job description

Job Description:

Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

The Role

Working in our Investor Center, you will develop customized financial plans utilizing a wide range of products, services, and Fidelity's planning tools. Your good judgment and keen product knowledge will guide you. Instead of spending your time sourcing new customers, you will engage with existing clients and warm leads, which will allow your focus to remain where it matters most: providing investment solutions and growing relationships with a dedicated local advisor. In this role you will work directly with clients to help them make investment decisions that are in their best interest. By skillfully working with Fidelity's planning and guidance resources, you will present and implement solutions that suit the client's needs. This will develop a lasting impact on their financial future.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Leverage Fidelity's guidance tools to facilitate financial planning discussions and recommend solutions that best align with client needs
  • Use technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments, maximizing client time and enabling effective follow-up planning
  • Grow relationships through proactive outreach, seeking to understand clients' goals and objectives and referring them to wealth management partners based on needs and financial complexity
  • A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications are beneficial (our tuition reimbursement program can help obtain a CFP, degree, or equivalent credential)
  • Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions and can educate customers on the values and differences of each
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to grow relationships are exemplary
  • Will take initiative and exceed expectations
  • Outstanding communication and consultative skills, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
The Team

You joined the financial services industry to make a difference in the lives of your clients. At Fidelity, we have a relentless commitment to our clients. Come join a firm that is a stable industry leader where we focus on the importance of communicating to connect and not just communicating to transact. We empower professional flexibility, growth, and support thus enabling long-term success for you and our clients.
