THE JOB
The Ancillary Team Member plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience while driving additional revenue opportunities across the venue. This position supports premium offerings, merchandise, upgrades, and other value-add programs that elevate the fan journey from arrival to encore.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Engage guests in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  • Promote and execute ancillary programs (upgrades, add-ons, premium experiences, etc.)
  • Support merchandising or specialty sales areas as assigned
  • Assist with set-up, inventory tracking, and end-of-night reconciliation
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Collaborate with box office, guest services, and operations teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
