Job description

Event Staffing Personnel (ESP) is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our event staff team at Azura Amphitheater, located at 633 N 130th St, Bonner Springs, KS. We’re looking for team-oriented candidates who are punctual, engaged, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service. Our work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-driven—and we make sure to have fun while delivering a top-tier experience.

We offer flexible scheduling, and positions start at $16.00 per hour. All roles focus heavily on guest services and overall event support. Teamwork is the foundation of everything we do, and every position plays an essential part in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests throughout the venue
  • Scan tickets at entrances and ensure proper access control
  • Support guest safety and promptly report potential concerns
  • Operate walk-through metal detectors and/or handheld wands to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue
  • Guide guests to appropriate areas and answer questions
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding issues that could impact guest satisfaction
  • Follow ESP dress code and appearance standards
  • Work collaboratively with all team members, departments, and venue partners

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk extended distances
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions (outdoor venue)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
  • Ability to stay focused, calm, and engaged in fast-paced or stressful situations
  • Positive, guest-centered attitude
  • Must successfully complete a background check (no violent felony convictions)
