What Youโ€™ll Be Responsible For:

Ensure consistency, creativity, and quality in every pour.

ยท Guest-Focused Service Create memorable bar experiences through high-touch, engaging hospitality. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.

ยท Inventory & Cost Management Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost tracking. Maintain accurate par levels and partner with vendors to ensure top-tier product availability.

ยท Training & Education Train staff on cocktails, spirits, and responsible service. Stay current with trends and foster curiosity and knowledge within your team.

ยท Bar Operations & Cleanliness Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and maintenance meet the highest standards during all shifts. Lead by example in speed, precision, and poise.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced cocktail establishment, fine dining experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and modern drink trends.
  • Familiarity with back bar selections, high-end spirits, and luxury garnishes.
  • Excellent guest interaction, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining order and consistency in inventory and storage
  • Comfortable using knives, burners, and other kitchen prep tools for executing syrup, infusion, juicing and other modern cocktail preparations
  • A high level of personal grooming, poise, and professionalism
  • A commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning

Working Conditions:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
