Collaboration happens primarily through project management tools, shared documents, and written updates, which can actually foster more thoughtful communication and thorough documentation. While this setup offers greater autonomy and work-life balance, it also requires strong self-management and proactive communication skills to ensure data insights and analyses are shared effectively. Many teams have established processes for handoffs and feedback to keep projects moving smoothly despite differing work hours.
