• Deliver remote mental health services in alignment with ethical and legal standards pertinent to social work.
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools and frameworks to inform treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique goals and challenges.
• Monitor client progress through regular virtual sessions, ensuring documentation is precise and HIPAA compliant.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to facilitate communication with school staff and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Submit timely billing and clinical documentation to ensure streamlined administrative processes.

You will predominantly serve a diverse population of students facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, neglect, and familial issues such as substance abuse. Your role is crucial in providing empathetic support and actionable strategies to guide these individuals through their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, coupled with the required licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient understanding of clinical assessments, treatment modalities, and ethical guidelines related to mental health and social services.
