Job Summary: Flutter is the leading framework for building pixel-perfect, high-performance UIs across any screen. R2 Technologies is seeking a Flutter Engineer to build visually stunning, AI-integrated mobile applications. You will leverage Dart and Flutter's custom rendering engine to create complex, fluid animations and conversational interfaces that bring our enterprise AI agents to life. Utilizing AI coding assistants to accelerate development, you will deliver robust applications that feel native on both iOS and Android from a single codebase.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, build, and deploy high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Design and implement complex, interactive user interfaces and custom animations tailored for conversational AI and agentic workflows.
  • Actively utilize AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) to generate Dart models, write widget boilerplate, and accelerate the translation of UI designs into functional code.
  • Integrate cloud-based LLM APIs, enterprise RAG systems, and Edge AI solutions seamlessly into the Flutter frontend.
