** Hybrid Position located in Atlanta, Georgia**

The Digital & AI Transformation Analyst supports enterprise-wide initiatives that leverage digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to improve efficiency, insight generation, and customer experience. The role contributes to the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of digital and AI transformation projects, identifying opportunities for digital enablement, and contributing to the design, testing, and deployment of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

(20%) Digital Transformation Support

  • Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of digital initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
  • Conduct research and feasibility studies for AI/ML applications and process automation opportunities.
  • Support digital strategy execution by gathering data, preparing presentations, and coordinating project activities.

(35%) Data & AI Analysis

  • Gather, clean, and analyze data to support digital initiatives, providing insights that inform design and investment decisions.
  • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports summarizing project progress, value realization, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prepare datasets and evaluate model performance.

(35%) Project Delivery

  • Contribute to requirements documentation, user acceptance testing, and process validation.
  • Track project milestones and support issue resolution and documentation.
  • Prepare business cases and post-implementation assessments under supervision.

(10%) Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) to understand digital enablement needs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or AI/automation projects. Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate), and data platforms (SQL, Python, or R preferred).
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL).

Pay Range:

$74,600.00 - $124,700.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
