Mission

At Soucy, quality is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality management system. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll ensure that our processes-both internally and at our suppliers-remain compliant by conducting audits, validations, and follow-up activities. You’ll actively contribute to optimizing quality practices, managing change, and developing sustainable solutions to the challenges we face. Working with internal teams and suppliers, you’ll coordinate corrective and preventive actions, support continuous improvement projects, and serve as a resource for quality tools and methods. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring the performance of our processes, customer satisfaction, and the excellence of our products.


In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the quality management system (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), both internally and among suppliers, through audits and validation activities
  • Optimize quality processes by incorporating best practices and reevaluating existing methods
  • Manage quality documentation and the change management process
  • Support the Purchasing department in supplier qualification, evaluation, and monitoring
  • Coordinate problem-solving activities (CAPA, corrective and preventive actions) related to customer complaints, internal issues, and suppliers
  • Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on quality, process performance, and waste reduction
  • Manage the portfolio of improvement projects related to product quality
  • Serve as a quality resource person by supporting teams in the use of quality tools, problem-solving methods, and statistical tools (Six Sigma)
  • Ensure the calibration of laboratory equipment and the maintenance of required records

  • Education: DEC in engineering or another relevant field, or significant experience related to the position
  • Desired Experience: 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance
