The Well Path Counseling & Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote role. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy sessions that employ evidence-based strategies tailored to each clientโ€™s needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, formulating treatment plans that reflect the clientโ€™s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, including working alongside other mental health professionals, medical personnel, and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and staying current on the latest trends and research in mental health practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients comprise a diverse spectrum, ranging from children to adults, and encompass various backgrounds and experiences. The LPC will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is necessary.
  • A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with a diverse client base.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, accompanied by a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan options, and a SIGN-ON BONUS for newly hired therapists.
