Senior SAP Application Analyst - IBP
Location: Madison, WI ,Redwood City, CA(3days onsite)
Fulltime
The Senior SAP Application Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP technology platforms. This role plays a key part in SAP system upgrades and continuous improvements. Serving as a primary point of contact for SAP application end users, the analyst identifies, analyzes, and resolves issues related to forecasting and planning, with a particular focus on SAP IBP, while also addressing cross-functional impacts to other application teams.
This position performs detailed impact analysis for requested system changes, designs and tests solutions, and proactively identifies improvement opportunities that strengthen business processes and support forecasting and planning requirements. In addition, the Senior Application Analyst provides guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, responds to technical and functional inquiries, and may assign or delegate tasks as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply industry best practices.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including internet navigation and email usage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience configuring enterprise business systems within the life sciences, healthcare, or a related regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to design, support, and troubleshoot SAP systems and related environments, including IBP and Production Planning.
  • Knowledge of SAP Security architecture and implementation approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and SAP Fiori.
