About the Role

Lead systems analysis and own technical design decisions for complex web and mobile applications, including defining frontend architecture, data models, data flow, Micro UI integration patterns, and modernization strategies for legacy systems. Conduct code reviews and provide technical direction related to Angular development, .NET services, API design, and debugging best practices. Lead mobile application development and deployment using Ionic and Capacitor, managing Android and iOS builds and coordinating releases through TestFlight and Alpha environments. Manage cloud-based deployment and DevOps workflows using Azure Cloud services, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD automation. Monitor production systems with Datadog, Azure Application Insights, and Nginx to troubleshoot issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and respond to alerts. Mentor junior developers on Angular best practices, testing strategies, cloud integration, database usage, and secure development standards, ensuring technical excellence and consistency across the team. Implement application security (AppSec) recommendations by remediating insecure data handling and enforcing secure coding practices in alignment with internal security standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related technology field.

Five years of experience in all phases of web, hybrid mobile application development and integration to include:

  • Systems analysis, design, and data/process modeling.
  • Agile (SCRUM), Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies and MVC architecture.
  • Angular, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Node.js, JSON, .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL) and WebAPI.
  • Debugging with DevTools and VS Code Debugger, and inspecting DOM elements, component states, network activity, and data flow.
  • Custom attribute and structural directives and reusable components including grids, maps, charts, form validations, dynamic UI modules, tooltips, and modals.
  • Ionic and Capacitor for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Unit testing using Karma and Jasmine for validating application functionality and maintainability.

In lieu of a Bachelor's plus five years of experience, a Master's plus three years of experience is acceptable.
