Short Description:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows.

Complete Description:

  • As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows. Collaborating closely with stake holders, you will translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation in the organization's use of ServiceNow.
  • While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions. The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1st.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
