Medical Technologist - ASCP
MLee Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Medical Technologist to join our dynamic team at a well-established hospital system in Tennessee. In this role, you will perform professional laboratory work, adhering to established clinical procedures, and conduct chemical and biological tests on patient specimens for medical diagnosis.
Compensation: $64,444 - $90,445
Shifts: Days, Mid, and Nights
Key Responsibilities:

  • The Medical Technologist manages quality control, inventory, proficiency testing, specimen processing, and troubleshooting.
  • The Medical Technologist performs PCR testing and handle high-complexity testing using Quant Studio 1k and Kingfisher.
  • The Medical Technologist conducts a routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks according to established protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science.
  • Certification as MT, MLS, or MLT.
  • ASCP or AMT certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
