Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Submits invoices to customers. Answers general customer questions, including updating accounts.
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
  • Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounting as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.1-2 years of previous related experience is preferred.

Starting Pay: $29.00-31.00/HR
