The title is used across various industries, including finance, consulting, retail, and law, and the specific responsibilities can vary widely depending on the field. Generally, Associates handle tasks such as assisting with projects, conducting research, and interacting with clients or customers. This role often serves as a stepping stone to more senior positions.
