Join Our Team at Advisor Associate — Client Service Associate Position

Location: Encino, CA & Denver, CO | Full-Time | $40,000

Advisor Associate, a full-service financial planning firm located in Encino, California, is seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our growing team. We offer a collaborative and professional work environment where client relationships, integrity, and personalized financial guidance are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients and a key part of our operational team. Your day-to-day will involve supporting advisors, managing account administration, and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.


Whether you are currently licensed or interested in obtaining your Securities Industry Essentials, our firm offers a full-time role that values your expertise. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and licensing exams. We welcome experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in the financial services industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Support financial advisors with account openings, client onboarding, data entry, transfers, transactions, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Prepare and review client paperwork and reports for meetings and follow-up
  • Liaise with custodians, insurance carriers, and product providers to facilitate client requests
  • Maintain client records in CRM and track service activity to ensure timely completion
  • Contribute to a client-first culture with proactive communication and attention to detail


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and client-service mindset

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
  • SIE and Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain)
  • Insurance licenses - life, health, or variable contracts (or willingness to obtain)
  • CFP® certification or progress toward certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in a financial service, advisory, wealth management firm, or client services industry
