• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families grappling with complexities such as homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health disorders.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to create personalized care plans and facilitate connections with relevant community resources.
• Deliver crisis intervention services which may include risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client welfare and security.
• Establish strong partnerships with community organizations to coordinate services, advocate for clients, and enhance resource availability.

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals and families who are considered vulnerable or at-risk, facing challenges related to mental health, socioeconomic issues, or systemic barriers. By providing a holistic approach to social work, you will empower clients to navigate their circumstances, facilitating positive life changes and healthier outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• The candidate must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of social and economic justice issues, trauma-informed care principles, and community resources is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, cultural competence, and problem-solving abilities are critical for success in this role.
