Window Service Technician (Carpentry / Window Repair Experience Preferred)
Renewal by Andersen is looking for a skilled, hands-on Window Service Technician with a strong carpentry background to join our growing team. If you have experience in window installation, window repair, wood finishing, or general carpentry, this role offers a great opportunity to expand your skills with a nationally recognized leader in the window industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform window repairs including adjustments, hardware fixes, sash replacements, and refinishing
  • Stain, seal, and finish wood window frames, sashes, and interior trim
  • Inspect and diagnose window issues such as drafts, water intrusion, hardware failures, or finish wear
  • Maintain and organize service parts, tools, and materials
  • Stock and manage your service vehicle to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain findings and solutions
  • Close out service appointments accurately and on time
  • Follow all safety standards and maintain a valid driver's license
