Department:
UCF Athletics - #Content
Under the direction of the Associate A.D. Creative Director, Design, this position is engaged in elevating UCF Athletics' social media content through innovative techniques utilizing motion art.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Concept and execute original brand campaigns covering a wide range of design mediums, including but not limited to
    digital/social media graphics, logos, print materials (posters, game programs, tickets etc.), signage / large-scale facility graphics, web and email advertising, apparel/uniform design, and varied promotional materials as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the video, social engagement, and design #Content teams to ensure a cohesive visual style across all digital platforms
  • Assist with real-time content needs on game days and during major events
  • Stay current with social media trends and visual styles to keep UCF content modern, bold, and competitive
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content drops across sport programs
  • Organize and archive graphic files for accessibility and future use

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of appropriate experience.
  • Appropriate graduate coursework or master's degree may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Due to the nature/scope of Athletics and Athletics events, position may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time and occasional travel.
As a staff member of UCF Athletics, the selected candidate will be a person of integrity and character who shares a commitment for customer service and knowing / complying with NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules as they apply to the UCF Athletics program.
