The Opportunity
Egan Wealth Advisors is looking for an Associate Wealth Advisor to join our growing team in Madison, NJ. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional who excels in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Reporting directly to a Senior Wealth Advisor, you will help support client relationships, financial planning plans, investment management activities, and overall practice operations. We offer exposure to clients and a clear path for professional growth within a wealth management practice.
This position requires an in-office presence five days per week and is located in our Madison, NJ office.
What You'll Do
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Help prepare for client meetings, including gathering data, developing presentations, and coordinating follow-up activities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client service requests and account inquiries.
  • Prepare investment analyses and proposals for client consideration.
  • Support financial planning and wealth management plans across the practice.
  • Collaborate with advisory, planning, operations, and relationship management teams to deliver exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with account administration and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, team policies, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects that enhance efficiency and client service.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience within the wealth management, investment management, or financial advisory industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • CFPยฎ certification, active pursuit of CFPยฎ certification, or willingness to obtain certification within three years of employment.
  • Experience with financial planning, investment management, and advisory operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support a growing advisory practice.
  • Experience using eMoney, Salesforce, Tamarac, or similar wealth management technology platforms.
  • Previous experience interacting directly with high-net-worth clients.
