Job Duties

  • Prepare and process inbound and outbound shipping documents, including BOLs, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
  • Enter and maintain accurate shipment and inventory information in the WMS.
  • Process daily inventory transactions, including receiving, put-away, transfers, adjustments, and shipping.
  • Monitor shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipments and inventory.
  • Track shipment status and resolve documentation or system issues.
  • Prepare inventory and warehouse operation reports and maintain related documentation.
  • Support warehouse operations and administrative tasks as required.
  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, shipping/receiving, or transportation.
  • Experience with shipping documentation and inventory systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and WMS.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in Korean and English
Salary Range
$44,000—$55,000 CAD
