Job description

We seek a hands-on technical leader and architect of humanoid perception and vision systems for a Boston client. A thought leader that has built and deployed humanoids from concept to field deployment. Technical subject matter expert in the integration of vision systems, sensor fusion, motion control, edge AI, and intelligent manipulation.
You will define system architectures for vision-guided manipulation, dexterous robotic hands, autonomous motion, and robot-environment interaction. Proven systems engineering skills spanning hardware, software, sensing, controls, and mechanical integration. Drive hardware/software co-design across sensors, embedded processing, communication networks, motor drives, and actuators. Mentor and lead multidisciplinary cross-functional engineering teams and drive alignment across functions.
PhD/MS. Success in taking a humanoid robot system from original research to customer deliverable. Multimodal sensor fusion architecture. Robotic frameworks, i.e. Jetson, Isaac, MCU, NPU
Anticipated annual compensation $300,000 - $400,000 USD. Base salary with significant upsides that include aggressive bonus plan(s), and RSUs.

Location: Boston, MASS (comprehensive relocation package offered).
