Role Summary:

The Marketing Associate supports the Marketing & Community Relations Manager in executing highimpact marketing initiatives across social media, digital advertising, content creation, and guest engagement. This position plays a key role in producing consistent, highquality content that strengthens brand visibility for Kawanti Adventures, Taquan Air, and associated visitor venues. The Marketing Associate collaborates closely with operations teams to capture realtime activities and translate them into engaging content that drives bookings, brand awareness, and community connection. The Marketing Associate collaborates closely with the Marketing & Community Relations Manager, the Independent Tour Manager, and all Tour Managers across the organization while maintaining alignment with company goals and values.


Key Outcomes:

  • Capture and produce photo/video content of tours, guides, wildlife, guests, and onsite activities.
  • Write engaging captions and maintain a unified brand voice across all platforms.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar; ensure consistent posting across brands.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement; escalate issues when needed.
  • Track social media analytics and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to adjust strategy.
  • Assist with email and SMS marketing by organizing customer data and segmenting audiences.
  • Support digital ad campaigns by preparing creative assets, copy, and basic performance reporting.
  • Collect and organize guest feedback, reviews, and tour quality metrics to help refine marketing strategy.
  • Follow brand guidelines when creating digital graphics, print materials, signage, and promotional items.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of promotional events (Customer Appreciation, Founders Day, KVB After Hours, July 4th, etc.)
  • Support recruiting efforts, trade shows, and community events as needed.
  • Assist with photography, videography, editing, and asset organization.
  • Help maintain consistency across websites, booking platforms, and partner listings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager for ongoing projects and seasonal initiatives.

Other Duties as Assigned:
