Associate Veterinarian

A small‑animal general practice in East Falmouth, Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, community‑focused team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building long‑term relationships with pets and their families, providing wellness and sick appointments, performing surgeries, diagnostics, and dental care.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
  • Active state veterinary license in good standing
  • Active or eligible DEA license
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and team‑oriented approach
About the Practice

This established clinic provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, including wellness exams, sick visits, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics. The practice emphasizes a collaborative, friendly work environment where staff provide individualized, compassionate care and build trust with clients.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Serving Falmouth, Mashpee, and Bourne areas on the upper Cape of Massachusetts.

Compensation

Competitive base salary with production opportunities and no negative accrual. $50,000 sign‑on bonus included.
