Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join a leading law firm in Las Vegas. This role offers hands-on experience in M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions across a wide range of industries.


Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate M&A and transaction documents
  • Work on venture capital and angel investment deals
  • Support deal execution and corporate transactions
  • Advise clients on general corporate matters

Qualifications
