  • Partnering with cross-functional Scrum teams to support and review the implementation of great experiences in our developed product.
  • Mentoring junior designers as a senior member of a growing design team
Minimum Qualifications

  • Depth across a wide range of design tools and methods
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners early and throughout the design process.
  • Demonstrated previous projects designing for mobile, tablet, web.
  • Comfort using AI in designing + prototyping
  • Experience influencing product roadmap direction, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and shaping strategy through strong design thinking and customer insight.

  • Previous experience mentoring and leading strategically on design initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in large, distributed, enterprise organizations
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing or similar sectors
