Compensation: $64,126 - $85,000 / year
Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Gitwit Creative, LLC seeks a Product Strategist and UX Researcher to lead end-to-end user research for software initiatives to inform product strategy, UX direction, and product positioning. Develop and refine prompts and LLM interaction patterns for production AI features, evaluating output quality and iterating to improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience. Define success metrics and experiment plans for product experiences; analyze results and drive iterative refinement based on user feedback and performance data.
