As a Forward Deployed Software Engineering - Experienced Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborating with team members and clients to gather information and analyze facts for software development projects
- Applying technical skills in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript to create efficient and scalable applications
- Utilizing application frameworks and software development methodologies to improve software design and functionality
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain coding standards and validate software reliability
- Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
- Troubleshooting issues and debugging software to optimize performance and user experience

- Participating in enterprise application integration and API management to enhance system interoperability and functionality
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $153,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
