Core One is seeking Software Developers L1-6 to support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide development engineering and programming support to projects and infrastructure support activities
  • Design and develop enterprise applications in a Web environment
  • Develop, create, and modifies general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
  • Analyze user needs and develops software solutions
  • Design software or customizes software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
  • Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
  • Manage websites including design, develop, deploy and maintain activities as well as performs testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance
  • An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associate's degree)
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of five (5) years when combined with a Bachelor's)
  • A Doctorate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of seven (7) years when combined with a Master's and a Bachelor's).
  • Professional years of experience may be substituted for specialized years of experience at a ratio of three (3) years of general experience within an occupation for one (1) year of specialized experience
  • Relevant certifications will be considered equivalent to three (3) months of specialized experience

Levels:

  • Developmental: <3 YOE
  • Full Performance: 3 YOE
  • Senior: 6 YOE
  • Expert: 11 YOE
  • Manager: 16 YOE
  • SME: 16 YOE

Salary Range: $110,000 - $215,000; dependent on level

The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.
