On our team, you will play an essential role in supporting U.S. Navy Security Cooperation and partner-nation combat-system programs. In this role, you will coordinate integrated product support activities, monitor logistics milestones, and help translate complex requirements into clear, executable actions. You will work directly with government and program stakeholders to support logistics planning and execution across technical documentation, configuration data, material staging, spares, packaging, handling, storage and transportation, and transportation planning. You will prepare meeting materials, capture decisions and actions, maintain program trackers, analyze risks, and independently follow through on assigned activities. You may also use Foreign Military Sales management systems, including the Defense Security Assistance Management System, Management Information System for International Logistics, and Security Cooperation Information Portal to support case execution and program visibility. Your work will help ensure that partner-nation systems are delivered and sustained with the logistics products, material, documentation, and coordination required for operational readiness. You Have: * Experience supporting lifecycle logistics, integrated product support, acquisition logistics, supply support, or supply chain activities in a Department of Defense or government program environment
* Experience coordinating with government or client stakeholders and independently managing actions, deliverables, and logistics milestones
* Experience developing, maintaining, or reviewing logistics products such as transportation plans, technical documentation, configuration data, spares or outfitting products, material trackers, or packaging, handling, storage and transportation documentation
* Knowledge of integrated logistics support or integrated product support principles and Department of Defense acquisition, Security Cooperation, or Foreign Military Sales processes
* Ability to prepare and support working groups, readiness reviews, and program e nga gements, including agendas, presentations, meeting minutes, action tracking, and follow-through
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a client-facing environment
* Secret clearance
* Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience with logistics or product support, Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Acquisition Management, Program Management, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration and 5+ years of experience with logistics or product support, or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Acquisition Management, Program Management, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration Nice If You Have: * Experience supporting U.S. Navy international programs, Aegis combat systems, or new ship construction
* Experience identifying and tracking major integrated logistics support milestones, including Logistics Program Plans, Installation Support Material, Installation and Checkout spares, technical documentation, Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List publications, Consolidated Shore-Based Material Allowance List allowance files, outfitting spares, Aegis Weapon System toolboxes, or Maintenance Assistance Modules
* Experience supporting Integrated Logistics Support Interface Working Groups, Logistics Readiness Reviews, or comparable program reviews
* Experience with the Defense Security Assistance Management System, Management Information System for International Logistics, or Security Cooperation Information Portal
* Experience with performance-based logistics, configuration management, government-furnished material, transportation planning, or packaging, handling, storage and transportation
* Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual and the Foreign Military Sales case lifecycle, including Letters of Offer and Acceptance, modifications, and amendments

The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
