Sr.  Radar Systems Engineer 
Looking for a Senior Systems Engineer for supporting the development and supporting the life-cycle of radar systems.
• Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.
• Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.
  • Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 10yrs+ experience

Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
• Experience developing both scripts and functions with MATLAB • Experience in developing and managing requirements. • Experience with C++, Python, or similar • Experience with generating technical documentation, such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. • Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification. • Experience with evaluating systems using simulated environments.
