Solutions SFT accompagne les organisations publiques et privees dans le recrutement de talents specialises en technologies de l'information, en ingenierie, en sante et en droit.

LE MANDAT

Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) pilote de systeme - parametrage et configuration pour notre client, une grande organisation publique du reseau de la sante au Quebec, dans le cadre du deploiement provincial de son Systeme d'information en gestion de projet et de portefeuille (SIGPP), bati sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

Vous agirez comme referent technique, operationnel et fonctionnel de la solution aupres des utilisateurs, des equipes projet et des parties prenantes, pour tout ce qui touche les parametres applicatifs, les configurations, les regles de gestion, les referentiels, les formulaires, les flux, les environnements et les pratiques d'exploitation.

VOS RESPONSABILITES

Parametrer et configurer la solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, et realiser au besoin du developpement personnalise

Accompagner les equipes dans la creation, la structuration, la mise a jour et le controle qualite des parametres et configurations

Assurer le respect des regles de gestion, des standards de gouvernance et des besoins de reddition de comptes

Analyser les anomalies techniques (soutien de niveau 2) et prendre en charge le soutien de niveau 3 aupres de Microsoft

Gerer les mises en production et les deploiements entre environnements via Azure DevOps

Documenter les procedures, identifier les ecarts et incoherences, proposer des ameliorations aux parametres et processus

Configurer et optimiser les fonctionnalites d'intelligence artificielle et de Copilot dans Project Operations

Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption des outils d'IA, dans le respect des principes d'IA responsable et des exigences de securite

Collaborer avec les equipes fonctionnelles, technologiques, de developpement, de deploiement, d'infrastructure, de securite, d'architecture et de gestion du changement

CONDITIONS DU MANDAT

Contrat de 12 mois (24 aout 2026 au 24 aout 2027)

35 heures par semaine, de 8 h 30 a 16 h 30

Mode hybride : 1 jour en presentiel, 4 jours en teletravail

Bureaux a Montreal ou a Quebec, presence requise au debut et a la fin du mandat pour la remise des equipements

Deplacements occasionnels sans frais supplementaires

EXIGENCES

Baccalaureat en technologies de l'information, en administration des affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe

Minimum 10 ans d'experience en technologies de l'information

Minimum 5 ans d'experience a titre de pilote de systeme, acquis au cours des 10 dernieres annees

Minimum 5 ans en parametrage et configuration de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations et Power Platform

Experience pertinente avec : Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure DevOps (ou equivalent), Azure et les services infonuagiques Microsoft, Power BI

Experience avec les fonctionnalites d'IA de la plateforme Microsoft : Copilot et Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services et Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, fonctionnalites d'IA de Project Operations

Capacite a configurer, personnaliser et optimiser les agents Copilot et les flux de travail assistes par l'IA

Experience confirmee en strategie et exploitation des donnees dans des environnements complexes impliquant plusieurs unites administratives

Experience en gestion de projets Agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD ou SAFe) ou en approches hybrides Agile + Waterfall

Comprehension des principes DevOps et des mecanismes de gouvernance de projet, de programme et de portefeuille

Comprehension des principes d'IA responsable, de gouvernance des donnees et d'ethique en IA

Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit

Certification de super utilisateur DevOps, Dynamics et M365
