  • Experience: Mid-level, 3–4 years; Associate’s/bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Core Role: Provide Tier 2 technical support for pumps and vital science devices, supporting Service Operations.
  • Key Skills: Linux, troubleshooting, TCP/IP networking, virtual machines, basic Excel, and technical documentation.
  • Responsibilities: Develop documentation, support training, provide technical feedback on designs/tools, and work with R&D, Marketing, and Service teams.
  • Ideal Background: System Engineer or Field Service Engineer with Linux, networking, and systems experience.
  • Industry: Medical or non-medical backgrounds are acceptable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Interview: One round – video/in-person (If the candidate is comfortable)
  • Not fit: Mechanical or Quality Engineers without strong systems/networking experience.
