Job description

Job Summary
The Associate Business Applications Analyst assesses, plans, develops, designs, implements, enhances, maintains, and supports a variety of business solutions using a variety of technologies within the Business Applications IT portfolio. The Associate Business Analyst is tasked with understanding business and technology change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, documenting requirements, analyzing data and communicating information back to stakeholders.
Responsible for basic application support and implementation within the Information Service Department. Demonstrates basic computer operational skills. Should be able to perform basic application diagnostics and troubleshooting. Under supervision must be able to apply software fixes or perform upgrades to existing systems. Demonstrates the ability to follow I/S Departmental and CAMC Organizational governance commitments including (but not limited to) ticket management, training, testing, implementing, and validating service requests and/or requested modifications through the departments change control
Demonstrates a basic understanding and adheres to departmental processes for change control. Maintains a level of cybersecurity knowledge sufficient to securely accomplish their job duties.
Responsibilities
1. Uses established procedures and working under close supervision perform assigned tasks
2. Utilizes detailed instructions to perform routine support and implementation work.
3. Utilizes appropriate and timely communication skills within assigned team.
4. Provide basic application support to customers either directly or via help desk tickets.
5. Perform basic application diagnostics
6. All other duties as assigned.

The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages.
